[To THE EdITOH.] Sir, —As the last banquet of the Jubilee in honor of our Most Gracious Majesty the Queen has been tendered to me at the Hotel Sam to do honor to those whom I, as " Premier Sweep," have the very great honor to represent, I have now to face the stern reality of life.
