A meeting of citizens last night decided to give Lord Eanfiirly a public reception on his arrival at Cbristchurch on November 6th. Arrangements are also being made to hold a conversazione in his honor on the following Monday. A strong representative committee was appointed. The meetiug was very enthusiastic.
