A CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE LIFE OF THE CZAIt. AN EXTENSIVE PLOT DISCOVERED IN TIME. ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ARRESTS MADE. ( Per Press Association.—L'opyriyht >. St. Petersburg, Sept. 29. News has reached here of a vast conspiracy against the life of the Czar during bis recent visit to Poland. The principal street of Warsaw, the capital, between the Governor's palace and the Royal Castle, Lazienski, where the Czar stayed, was discovered to have been undermined. The conspirators, fearing the collapse of the street, employed Polish masons, who gave information to the authorities. One hundred and twenty arrests have been made, including four distinguished German military officers and a number of merchants of German descent and Socialistic proclivities.
