TRUE BILLS IN ALL CASES. [By Telegraph.] (Per Pram Association.) Napier, This day. The Chief Justice opened the criminal sittings of the Supreme Court this morning. The calendar was unusually light, and the Judge's charge of a very ordinary nature. In the case of Herman Finsch, committed for trial on a charge of forgery of a settler's name to a letter, witnesses were discharged, accused having died last week. True bills were returned in all cases submitted to the Grand Jury. The hearing of the charge against Thos. Plank for breaking into the Ormondville Railway Station is proceeding.
