THE COUNTRY IN A BAD STATE. (At Pivss At>sociation. —L'oj»jriyht.) Biiisbaxe, This day. A bad state of affairs is reported from the Warrego country. The fine rains in August did not reach there, and the young grass started by the June rains is destroyed. Stock are dying on almost every holding in the district, and it is the worst season ever known in Warrego.
