A BLOCKADE PROPOSED. THE PROPOSED REFORMS. (Per Press Association- — Athens. Sept. 6. The foreign Admirals have proposed that their respective Governments should raise the blockade of Crete. They state that the officers and men belonging to the warships in Cretan waters are being occupied to no purpose. Admiral Canisaro, Italian Admiral, has left Crete. Athens, September 7. The blockade at Crete will be raised on September 10th. The admirals will entrust the commands of the ■various zones into which the island has been divided to military or naval officers.
