- - NOMINATIONS. Nominations for three seats on the Hastings Borough Council closed today at noon, when the Town Clerk announced that he had received the following : T. C. L. Hoi.royd, nominated by Michael Gilhooley and J. P. Holroyd. H. H. Murdoch, nominated by D. M'Leod and W. Beilby. Roiskht Wellwood, nominated by J. N. Williams and W. Beilby. W. W. Linxey, liomiuated by D. M'Leod and H. H. Murdoch. The election takes place on the 9th insfc.
