THE BOMB OUTRAGES.
WHOLESALE ARREST OF SUSPECTS. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) Constantinople, August 23. Two hundred suspects have been arrested in Constantinople, and a quantity of dynamite has been seized at Scutari. An Armenian has confessed to being implicated in the recent bomb-throw-ing outrages. The Porte has requested Bulgaria to disperse the revolutionist committee which exists at Varna, and which is suspected of originating the recent outrages.
