(Per Press Association.) Chpjstchurch, This day. An elderly man named William Wright died suddenly this morning in an outhouse at the back of the Eastern Hotel on the East Belt. He left his house to proceed to work and a little later was found as stated. A boy named Akerson, son of a settler in the Village Settlement, Levin, had his leg severely crushed on Wednesday afternoon between a trolly, on which he was riding, and a log by the side of the tram line. Archdeacon Stock, of Wellington, is confined to his bed as the result of an accident. He fell downstairs in his residence recently, and was very much shaken.
