MEETING OF THE SULTAN AND HIS BROTHER. (Per Press Association. —Copyriyht.) Constantinople, August 12. The Sultan has invited his brother, Murad EiiVndi, to return to Constantinople to discuss with him the subject of reforms demanded by the Y'oung Turkish Party. Murad has accepted the invitation. Early last year a charge was brought against Murad of conspiring with the Y'oung Turkish Party to dethrone the Sultan. He fled to Egypt and in his absence sentence of death was passed upon him. In the meantime Murad has been conducting a newspaper cruisade against the present regime of Turkey.
