The Horowhenua Block.
[By Telegraph.] (Per Press Association.) Wellington, This day. The action which the Public Trustee brought against Sir W. Buller under the Horowhenua Act of last year was discontinued to-day. However in Chambers a motion was made on behalf of Sir W, Buller to compel the Trustee to go on with the action, and after considerable argument the Chief Justice granted the motion.
