N.Z. Poultry Association.

(By Telegraph). (Per Press Association) Auckland, This day. At a meeting of the New Zealand Association Mr Walker (of Christchurch) again refused to produce the books he had, and Mr Andrews took no part in the proceedings. The minutes of the last annual meeting were taken as read, and the fact that Mr Walker had refused to hand over the minutes was duly recorded. The balance-sheet, which also appeared in the books of the Association, was referred to the officials to be appointed by the annual meeting to deal with at a future special meeting. The office bearers for the ensuing year were appointed as follows: President, Mr D. D. Hyde (Wellington) ; vice-presidents, Messrs Alfred Nathan (Auckland), G. B. Bristol (Wellington), S. C. Kesteven (Christchurch), and S. S. Myers (Dunedin) ; secretary and treasurer, Mr T. Barker (Wellington). It was resolved that the proposed new rules and regulations be revised by a committee of four from Wellington and Christchurch and the rough proof submitted to all the affiliated societies for their approval. It was resolved that the head centre of the Association be at Wellington, and that the next round of the championship meeting be held as usual, starting at Christchurch.
