The statement shows (dtaitting shillings and pence) : Unsecured creditors, £31,265 ; secured, £86,926 (iess toe estimated value of securities, £4:6,416). Total debts : £72,681. Assets, cash in hand, £7O; furniture, £2OO ; total assets, £270. Deficiency, £72,407. The principal unsecured crediters are the J. G. Ward Farmers' Association (liquidation calls on shaies), £30,400 ; Oliver Samuel, solicitor, New Plymouth, £350; the Ward Farmers' Association, £207; A. Lee Smith, Dunedin, £120; J. B. Beid, Christchurch, £IOO.
