A MAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. [By Telegraph.] (Per Press Association) "Wellington, This day. A rather unusual case came before the S.M. Court this morning. A man was charged with declaring to the Registi-ar of Births that a child was legitimate whereas it was illegitimate. The Magistrate had no option under the law but to commit the accused for trial. He advised the offender to plead guilty and released him on his own recognisances.
