Paris, July 7. Floods in the south of France have caused damage estimated at 200,000,000 francs, while 300 people were drowned. Cairo, July 6. Sir H. Kitchener, Sircar of the Egyptian forces, has left Cairo for the front, preparatory to advancing with the Anglo-Egyptian expedition against the Dervishes upon Abu Hamed on the Upper Nile.
