A driver who takes reasonable care and trots over a crossing when he sees one clear gets hauled before the Magistrate, and is asked to cpntribote 7s and costs. Bicvclists SSf So anything in Hastings. On Stmday I noticed four of them careering along as though they owned the whole road from the Carlton Club corner to the Haveiock bridge. There •was no rule of the road with them. Traps had to keep clear of them whether they were on the right side or not. They are dangerous to life and limb, and the Council should put restrictions on them.—l am, «vc., Nervous.
