THIS Society is prepared to advance sums: of G'2s and upwards* upon approve! freehold or leasehold securities, at r.rtes of interest loner than those of 'any similar society in Hawke's Bay or throughout New Zealand. Loan* are granted by the Society for periods of from 2 to 10 years, repayable by monthly instalments. If from sickness or other causes borrowers are prevented paving their monthly instalments, repayments of principal may be suspended, and interest "til;/ charged on the principal owing for the time being. No procuration or commission fees, and legal costs very much lower than those usually charged. Loans or any portion of them can be paid off at any time, by giving three months' notice to the Society.
