The Vienna correspondent of the Times states that the Porto is disposed to accept a ratification of the frontier of Tkessaly instead of insisting on their claim to the entire territory. The foreign embassies are incensed at the Sultan appealing t3 and Germany to assist him in retaining Tbessnlv. They consider it will interfere with the peace negotiations.
