QUEENSLAND POLITICS.
OPENING OF PARLIAMENT. (Per Pres* Association. —Copyriyht.) Brisbane, This day. Parliament was opened at noon yesterday by the Governor. There was a brilliant gathering. In the Assembly the Acting-Premier stated the first bill to he considered would provide fcr the representation of the colony on the Federal Convention. The Council adopted congratulatory addresses to the Queen.
