.E, .June 14. Sultan has appealed to the Czar <£|llussia and the Emperor of Germany to assist in maintaining the claims pat forward by Tin-key for the retention oi Thessaly. The Sultan is highly displeased at the action of the foreign Embassies in delaying negotiations for the settlement of peace.
