EMPLOYERS' LIABILITY.
♦ (Per Press Association.—Copy riyht) London, June 4. In the House of Commons on the Employers Liability Bill in Committee, the Hon. Mr J. Chamberlain carried an amendment permitting the commutation of pensions at the end of a year at the request of either employer or workmen, arbitration to. settle the amount to be paiel in lieu of the pension.
