Divorce Court.

[By Telegraph.] (Per Pi ess Association.) Wellington, June 4. The divorce case Soler v. Soler was continued to-day. The evidence this afternoon was confined to that of female and male servants who had been in the employ of the co-respondent, Tucker, at his hotel in Masterton, where Mrs Soler was engaged as housekeeper, their testimony being chiefly in the direction that Mrs Soler's conduct in the hotel appeared to be more than that of a servant. One female servant deposed that on one occasion she saw respondent and co-respondent under circumstances which suggested to her mind undue familiarity. Some of the witnesses deposed that Mrs Soler was in the habit of entering Tucker's room while he was dressing without knocking, but at the sajne time they admitted they saw no familiarity. Very little of importance was adduced to-day, and at five o'clock the Court adjourned until the morning. There are still a large number of witnesses to be examined. This day. In the Soler divorce case most of the morning was taken up with the examination of Miss Qr.inn, barmaid of co-respondent's hotel, who deposed to the familiar terms on which Mrs Solar and Mr Tucker were. The former in every respect acted more as a wife than a housekeeper. Two of the petitioner's children were also called. A Coromandel resident (Mr H. P. Hornibrook) unearthed in his garden last week a nugget worth .£lO.
