XIHE PUBLIC TRUSTEE invites X separate tenders for a 21 years' lease, with right of perpetual renewal, under the provisions of " The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894," and the regulations thereunder of (1) Section 74, township of Hastings, containing 1" rood ; and (2) Sections 89, 90, 91, and 92, township of Hastings, containing 1 acre, with dwelling erected thereon. The upset rental for Section 74 is fixed at £5 per annum, and for Sections 89, 90, and 91 and 92, £ls per annum. Regulations for leasing, and printed forms of tender, can be obtained from the Postmaster at Hastings, or from E.-P. Watkis, Esq., District Agent for the Public Trustee, Napier. Tenders close at the Public Trust Office, Wellington, at 5 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 28th day of May, 1897. " THE GOVERNMENT VALUATION OF LAND ACT, 1896."
