The Greek Eastern squadron blockading the Gulf of Salouica prevented a British steamer entering the Gulf. The Greeks are advancing from Arta Epirus. The Greek Government has ordered Colonel Staicos to immediately reembark 430 of his soldiers for Crete. Six Turkish battalions are marching on Kalooka. Constantinopi.k. May 11. The Turkish military party is opposing the proposed armistice until Domoku has been occupied. The great Mahommedan feast of Bairam is being kept throughout Turkey.
