The military party is pressing the Sultan to exact from Greece as conditions of peace an indemnity of three millions, Turkey to retain Thessaly until the sum is paid, the cession of ironclads in the Greek navy, receiving the frontier of Thessaly and Epirus, the cession of Actium at the entrance of the Gulf of Arta, and the abolition of Greek capitulation.
