St Faulhasbeen shipped from Auckland to Wellington to fulfil his engagements. Wretched weather prevailed for the Sydney races yesterday. Hopscotch, True Blue and Metford tilled the places in the All-Aged Stakes; Newhaven ran fourth. Sabretache ran third in the Welter; there were fifteen starters. Auruui easily won the Easter Stakes, Amberte and Hynotist filling the places. Battalion. True Blue, and Coil were placed in the Cumberland Stakes. Uozorina won the City Handicap ; Old Cio' and K&iiatina filling the places ; 11 started.
