ANOTHER LEAGUE FORMED. (Per I'res* AHsm:ia t i>>n.—L '■ >}>;t ri>jht.) London, April 21. A conference of the Parnellite section of the Irish Party was held at Dublin. Mr John Redmond presided. It was decided to form an independent league and adopt a more advanced Iri.sh policy. Mr Tim Harrington was appointed secretary. The Irish National League has dissented from the proposed course of action.
