In a message to Congress, President M'Kinky eEi-i- payment of the indemnity cluimd by the Italian Government on behalf of three Italians lynched at New Orleans (Lousiana) in August last. The Italians were confined in Kahnvierre gaol on a charge of murdering an American. Infuriated mobs stormed the gaol and seized and lynched them.
