The curtain was rung down on Saturday evening at 6.20, after a storm over the composition of the Address the Queen, which has been passed by the Upper Chamber. Mr (t. Hutchison was in great form, and read an address in terms of his own. He ridiculed the phraseology of the Premier's proposed address, and in this he was supported by Messrs Roulston, O'ltegan, Scobie M'lvenzie and Sir Robert Stout.
