The Rapier Garotting Case.

A CHARGE OF MURDER. (By Telegraph.) [Per Press Association.) Napier, This day. The hearing of the charge preferred against John Fitzgerald and William Wilson for murdering James Mcintosh in Munroe Street on March 20th commenced at the Magistrate's Court this morning. Mr Cotterill, Crown Prosecuter, conducts the prosecution. Mr well defends Fitzgerald. Mr Lusk appears for Wilson. The police have witnesses and the case is expected to last two days.
