MEMBERS TO HAVE A FREE HANI). [By Telegraph.] (From Our S^nial Wellington, This Day. The Opposition caucus was attended by 27, Captain Russell presiding. On the question of sending the contingent to England opinions appeared to be divided, so it was decided not to make the matter a party one. but to leave members a frt e hand to vote as they choose. It was also agreed not to throw any obstacles in the way of the Premier's Home-going. The caucus lasted upwards of two hours, but the members of the Opposition are reticent as to the proceodings-
