Parliamentary Notes.
[By Telegraph] (Special to Standard) Wellington, This day. In the Council the Hon Mr Pinkerton will move the Address-in-Reply and the Hon Mr W. Kelly will second it. Some warm correspondence has passed between Mr Hislop and the Premier in consequence of the latter's assertion at Petone that £lO had been paid for the Mulvaney letter. Mr Hislop charges Mr Se«ldon with mendacity and a want of finer feelings which should be found in leading pnblic men. Mr Joyce will be a candidate for the Chairmanship of Committees in opposition to Mr Guinness.
