THE SPANIARDS VICTORIOUS. AN AMNESTY OFFERED TO THE INSURGENTS. {Per Press Association.—Covyriylit.) Madkid, March 30. Advice from Manila states that the Spaniards captured the town of Imus held by a large body of insurgents. Sixteen hundred insurgents were killed.
The Spanish Commander will grant an amnesty to all insurgents who yield by the 10th April.
News from Havannah states that Rivera, who succeed Macao as commander of the Cuban insurgents, has been captured by the Spaniards.
