Borrowers have the right to repay the loans partly or wholly at any time. Fixed loans are granted upon freeholds for any term not exceeding ten, and instalment loans for thirty-six and a half years. Interest, 5 per cent., with (in the case of instalment mortgages) an additional 1 par cent, on account of repayment of principal. Valuation-fees and , lav/ costs very low. Application forms and circulars to be obtained at any Post Office.
