Chamberlain following out the cabled instruction to colonial statesmen to attend the Q u een s eel ebra t i on. Mr Chamberlain states it will be an additional satisfaction if the Premiers' are accompanied by their wives or some lady member of their families. "With regard to the represention of the military forces it is pointed out that cavalry form a more imposing spectacle in a procession, but it is not indispensible that men should bring their own horses, these can be supplied in England without difficulty. The Imperial Government provide barrack accommodiation for the men. The Queen will receive the colonial Premiers' and will also witness the march past of the colonial troops. In conclusion the despatch states should the invitation be accepted the Premiers' presence in London will afford a favorable opportunity for the discussoin ot many subjects of the greatest interest to the Empire.
