(J'rr Prcsx Ax-s'iciatiun— San Francisco, Feb. 20. Butler states that the bullet found in Preston's body proves that his rifle could not have tired the fatal shot. The British Government w ill reward the San Francisco detectives engaged in the arrest. Feb. 21. Before the Extradition Court, Constable Roche testified that Butler's cartridges, found on board the Swanhilda, were identical with the bullet which killed Lee Weller.
