ANNUAL MEETING OF THE 11.P.. DISTRICT. The annual meeting of delegates representing the Iltiwke's Bay District of the Manchester 1 "nity of Oddfellows was opened at the Oddfellows' Hall this morning. The chair was occupied by P.G.M. I Bro. J. Wol-tenhohn, and the vicechair by P.P.G.M. Bro. Geo. Love. ! The following delegates represented | the thirteen lodges comprising the district: —Napier, X.G. Bro. \V. Smart, P.P.G.M.'s Thos. Keogh and \V. 11. Cooper, and P.G. A. E. Kenouf; Mesne-.-, P.S. \V. G. folding : Abbotsford. P.P.G.M. A. E. -full, X.G. Ben balden. G.M. Iloben, P.G. W. 11. liathlxme; Clive. P.G. 11. Milliev ; Hastings, P.P.G.M. A. A. George, P.G.'s W. G. Martin and 1). "\V. Harper: Victoria ( Porangaliaui, apology accepted; Tavistock (Waipukurau). P.S. G. X Forbes ; "Woodville. P.G. R. E. Giinlinton: Rnahine, P.S. Bro. B. Webb was appointed Tyler. The P.G.M. Bro. I. Woßtenholm gave an addre>s on the general work of the Order during the year. It was resolved that a hearty vote of thanks be accorded to the P.(i.M. for his address, and that it be printed with the proceedings of this meeting. The P.C.S. read the report of the district ohicers. The annual accounts were laid on the table for consideration later on. It was moved that the following new* district rule No. 11 with regard to the Superannuation Fund be repealed : 1.
