Annual Ram Fair.
Th.' annual ram fair took place today at the Hastings racecourse. There were a ;_;ood number of pens tilled from different parts of the district, and many from distant parts of the North and South Islands. The attendance was lar:, r <\ but the bidding was not brisk, and several lots wore pa -• d in. Amongst the lots submitted we iv rains from the I locks of: Lincoln A. Mel lardy, .1. ('.
