Huddart, Parker and Co have replaced all the non-unionists except one who is at sea. l>y old hands. The engineers h;ive agreed to hold the conference previously arranged for on Tuesday next : in the meantime they are resuming their plad s. Huddart. Parker and Co have also conceded full pay and the 21 hours' notice clause with regard to their chartered steamers. There is evt ry prospect of a sati-fac-factory arrangement on other points.
