THE RINDERPEST.
DECREASING IN SOUTH AFRICA (I'cr Pres.s Association—< 'opi/rii/lit.) Cape Town, Dec. 21. The Premier states that the rinderpest has made no advance during the past two months, and he hopes that the colony will be saved from its effects.
