THE PLAINTIFF'S CASE BREAKS DOWN. {Per Press Association.—Copi/rii/lit.) London, Dec. 18. Miss Brookes brought an action for libel against Truth for accusing her of imposture and writtiflfjfra begging letter. The jury stopped the case, and brought in a verdict for the defendant. Miss Brookes admitted having received £OBOO in seven years.
