Death of an Old Native.
[By Telegraph.] (Per Press Association.) New Plymouth, This Day. A native named Pirihi Ngahuku died yesterday, aged 8(5 years. He was one of the last, if not the last, survivor of the natives who were living around Sugar Loaf Island when Colonel Wakefield and Dr Dieffenbach landed from the " Tory " in Nov. 1839.
