THE DOCKERS STRIKE.
(Per P/v.s.s Asx»a'<tlion. —Copi/riyht.) (Received Dee. 5, at 10.50 a.m.) Hamburg, Dec, 4. Tbe strikers have asked the central committee to proclaim a general strike. The Times refers to the dispute as a combined social and democratic onslaught on capital. (Received Dec. 5, at 11 a.m) Sydney. This day. The council of'the Labor Federation has cabled a message of sympathy to the Hamburg strikers, and hoping it would have a successful rest. In the event of the strike being protracted, it is intended to hold a meeting in Sydney to raise funds for their assistance.
