[By Telegraph.] (/Vc Press AssnriatinH.) Wellington, This clay. The Premier states that tlie £250 Governivent subsidy for sending an expert of the flax industry to England is now available, and as the flax growers had subscribed the necessary balance, there was every hope that the arrangements to send an expert would be completed, and that he would leave for London in the next ship.
