Two pressmen are being tried in the Berlin Court on a charge of libelling Count Eulenberg, and I&won Marschall von Bieberstein, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Prince Hohenlohe. The Chancellors libel was contained in an article on the Czar's speech at his reception at Breslan, which alleged that Eulenberg, acting in the interest of England, had put forward false versions of the Czar's sentences.
