THE WOMEN OF HASTINGS.

[To The Editor.] Sir,—The Rev. Mr Ilobbs ought to remember the old adage, " let the shoemaker stick to his last." " Woman Voter " is aware that there is a queen's fund provided for assisting the needy, subscribed for by residents of all denominations, but this does not necessitate ladies making themselves cheap and nasty before the election. It is patent to every intelligent woman that the Conservative ladies that are now doing the Hat have only one object in view, that is, " I want your vote."—Yours &c., Woman Voter.
