(J'er Press Axx<>nati»n.— Copyright.) (Received Nov. 24, 10.35 a.m.) Calcutta, Nov. 23. Rain has fallen in Rajaputana, but the effects of the famine are most severely felt iu Allahabad, Luckuow, Faizabad, and Agra. Altogether forty millions of people are affected, one third of them acutely.
