An Englishman named Victor Partran amuck at Toowoomba. lfe commenced by firing a revolver right and left, but fortunately missed those he fired at, though a constable had an exceedingly narrow escape. When eventually captured by the police Parr plaCfd thr revolver to his head and blrw his brain< out.
