Sir R. Stout on the Stump.

A WARM RECEPTION. [By Telegraph.] [Special to Standard.] Wellington, This day. Sir Robert Stout addressed the Wellington electors at the Opera House last evening, and was subjected to a very warm reception. From the commencement it was seen that the meeting was to be a rowdy one, and Sir Robert did not receive fair play at the hands of the audience. Indeed the excitement was so intense at one time that the speaker had to resume his seat until order was restored. The speech was mainly a post-sessional one. At the conclusion cheers were given for the Government and Sir Robert.
