13y TeLKOKAPIIJ (Special to Standard.) Wkluxutox, This day. Mr Seddon spoke at Halcombe for three hours last night. A vote of thanks to him and of confidence in his Government was passed amidst cheering. Mr T. M. Wilford, a candidate for Wellington Suburbs, addressed a meeting at Petone last night, speaking strongly in support of the Government policy 'and administration. lie received a vote of thanks and confidence. The meeting broke up with cheers for the Government and Mr Wilford.
